Description

• Mucolytic expectorant to clear and maintain airways for Horses and Dogs .
• Indication :  It thins and loosens thick mucus in the respiratory tract, making breathing easier and aiding in the treatment of chest and upper respiratory .
• Active Ingredient: Ambroxol hydrochloride (6 mg/mL)
• Primary Use: Equine and canine respiratory care (helps treat catarrhal inflammation and reduce dyspnoea) .
• Mechanism: It acts as an active metabolite of bromhexine to reduce the viscosity of tenacious mucus secretions.
• Equine Dosage: Commonly administered intravenously at 0.3 mg/kg (5 mL ÷ 100 kg) body weight twice daily.
• Withholding Period: For horses, there is a meat withholding period of 28 days.
